User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:39.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/39.0
Build ID: 20150622225455
Steps to reproduce:
Dragged the scrollbar under the example tab at http://baijs.com/tinyscrollbar/
Actual results:
Scrollbar is un-draggable (wheel works though)
Expected results:
It should be draggable in Firefox 39 beta7 from Ubuntu repo.
Maybe not related but I see a lot of:
Failed to open VDPAU backend libvdpau_i965.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
in the terminal running it. The bug happens when in Firefox Safe Mode as well.
Yikes, I am still seeing this in Firefox 40 beta now, on Ubuntu 14.04 - even in firefox --safe-mode. Can anyone else confirm this is a Firefox, or Linux bug?

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:45.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/45.0
Nightly 45.0a1 Build ID:20151209030228
and Firefox 42.0
Thank you for reporting.
But I am unable to reproduce it. I can drag the buttons both in windows and Ubuntu (see the above attachment).
Are you still able to reproduce this issue in the latest version ?

Closing this as incomplete due to inactivity and lack of response from the reporter. Please feel free to reopen the bug if the issue still reproduces on a current build. Thanks
