Request to remove 'moderation' for all registered users on the community-mali mailing-list. Thanks!

Indeed removing the moderation mode will make life a lot easier for us. The flow of communication will be smoother since most subscribers only have periodic access to internet and now some messages get delayed over a full day. 

The list is small and is mostly used to discuss tasks and schedule meetings.

Do you find that you keep having to moderate messages from that same people? If so, you need to add them to the whitelist in the moderation interface. You only need to do this once per person.

Would that solve most of the problem?

Yes we have to moderate each individual message.

I'm not finding the exact location for this. There is a "Membership Management" panel with different shortcuts like "mod", "hide", etc. Is there a specific window for this?

Visit https://lists.mozilla.org/admindb/community-mali . It will list all the messages in the moderation queue. By each message, as well as controls for approving or discarding the message, there are controls for adding the sender to the whitelist.
