the win32 port of libical doesn't truncate files when overwriting a longer file
with a shorter one, leaving the tail of the longer file after the end of the
shorter file.
*** Bug 120987 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***
This causes problems with deleting events, so this is a pretty serious bug. If
we can get this fixed, then the win32 calendar will be that much better.
Fixed with a patch mostafah provided.
