Details

Generally it seems like ghost windows stick around forever, but maybe that's not really the case. We should track when a window that was a ghost window stops being one. This won't be perfect, because you could have a ghost window for foo.com, then you open another foo.com tab, and the original window would stop being a ghost window I think.
