Based in part on the initial results from bug 1046234 I think we should adjust screen resolution telemetry to use new telemetry capabilities and capture users' screen resolutions as they are. This will benefit us in two ways:

 - eliminate the huge 'other' category ( see [1] )

 - allow use to graph and assess screen resolution trends over time. here are two dominant resolutions we can bank on, but screen resolutions generally are getting more exotic not less so it would be nice to capture and analyze data to answer things like: are people using portrait mode? are developers adopting very wide screen resolutions? etc.

If we're going to capture the screen resolution as a value, we might as well also capture correlative values for OS and pixel ratio.
