If you modify a gtest and then run |mach gtest|, it doesn't rebuild the test before running it. It would be nice if it did. (I've been testing within xpcom/tests/gtest/.) However, if you do |mach build binaries| after modifying a gtest, then when you do |mach gtest| it appears to relink libxul.

And since this does go through plenty of make directories, avoid make printing many "Entering" and "Leaving" messages.
