Steps to reproduce:
1. Change the language to Arabic on your Flame device and load MP-dev
2. Load details page for any app
3. Press the developer name
Expected results:
A list of apps belonging to the same developer is displayed. The hub-and-spoke header has no display or layout issues.
Actual results:
The hub-and-spoke header is not aligned correctly.
Notes/Issues:
Issues can also be seen on desktop(FF42), for small browser dimensions.
Verified on FF OS 2.0(Flame). Issue is reproduced on MP-stage and MP-dev.
