From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:0.9.7+) Gecko/20020103 BuildID: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:0.9.7+) Gecko/20020103 This is a very obscure bug, but I can reproduce this every time. Mozilla totally hangs when you try and collapse the "local folders" folder while reading a news article from the second (experience as a programmer tells me this should probably read last) news server configured. (I only have two configured). It works perfectly when doing so from the first news server. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. The local folders needs to be open to display all sub folders, if not already so. 2. Now go to the *SECOND* (or last, I only have two news servers configured) news server and read a news article from one of it's newsgroups. 3. Now try to collapse the "local folders" so only "local folders" should be displayed and none of it's subfolders. Actual Results: After clicking on the collapse icon, Mozilla does a total freeze. Only killing Mozilla and restarting it by pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL and killing the program in the what-ever-win98-calls-it's task manager - kills it. Expected Results: Mozilla should just collapse the "local folders". Since there are problems concerning naming and structure of folders, here is some of my data: I have 3 e-mail accounts configured. Then comes local folders: Data: Subfolders in "Local Folders" + Unsent Messages + Drafts + Templates + Sent + Trash + E-Plus (one of my user defined folders) + Linus&IPv6 + ALFS + BLFS + LFS-DEV + NETDEV + USAGI + Wichtig News server 1: news.cis.dfn.de News server 2: news.mozilla.org
Stephen, can you reproduce it?
