he VLINK attribute of the BODY element does not work
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.locate the url
http://mozilla.org/quality/browser/standards/xhtml/transitional/body_vlink.xml
2.click the link
3.back
Actual Results: link's color is still blue
Expected Results: link's color should be purple
if we save the url's sourcecode as an html page,
the same problem happens.

The link has no trailing slash. Dupe of Bug 108988 - links lacking trailing '/'
are not coloured visited
