Steps to reproduce:
1. Add POP3 account for 'user' on 'server', port 110
2. Add second POP3 account for 'user' on 'server', port 8110
Actual results:
Account manager doesn't allow to create second account with error message that account for this user/server already exists.
Expected results:
Account created.

This is regression, because it worked in the past.
Also it seems it is possible to add the account manually by directly editing the profile.
