Is this bug a superset of Bug 1172875?

We're using Bug 1172875 for tracking the voice control scope in 2.5. (I'm the PM for that feature). See more details there. Wilfred, we could use that story directly.

Kelly, Reza, Andre, can you make sure all the bugs we need to fix for 2.5 show up here as dependencies?

Gregor, I updated the dependencies with the bugs I am aware of, but maybe kdavis can please review if the list is accurate.

Andre, thanks for taking the lead on this. I'll take a detailed look later today,
but on first glance I see two little issues.
* Some bugs that are "nice to have" but that we don't "need to fix for
2.5" are added as dependencies. For example, Bug 1178279, "Weather"
functionality, is a stretch goal for 2.5.
* Some bugs are added as dependencies twice as the dependency relation
is transitive. For example, Bug 1172875 is being used for tracking,
Comment 3, and depended on many bugs, for example Bug 1172879, "Open
app", but now the current bug depends on Bug 1172875 and Bug 1172879.
I'll take a deep dive later today as a break from working on other bugs
and make the changes I'm aware of. Again, thanks for taking the lead on
this.

Thank you Kelly. Yes, I tried to not remove anything, and kept what I recall from our discussion and from Trello. But please, clean it properly as needed.
I am going to follow the lead of the ping-the-web tracking-bug 1180669
and associated meta-bug 1168939.
I am going to keep all the dependency info in the meta-bug, then have
the tracking-bug depend only on the meta-bug. This seems like the stan-
dard way of doing things.

Also, I left in the "stretch-goals", just so they are tracked. I'm not really
sure if this is "standard operating procedure". If it's not, we should remove
them as dependencies from Bug 1172875.

Stretch goals are tracked as just that - "stretch". Will not block release if not done. Best to track those separately in our main meta bug.
