If try to enter the site of The Israeli Democracy instetute with Mozilla, you
get redirected to a page
http://idi-web.idi.org.il/no_netscape.html
telling you that the site is blocked for netsacpe users

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
go to the site...


Actual Results:  site is blocked

Expected Results:  I want to view it

Tried using the feedbvacl form to contact them (using IE) but got timed out.
Tried phoning them- they are closed today (Fri morning).
Anyway, the contact form is at:

BTW, the old english version (still online) does not block Mozilla- just the
main page and the Hebrew version.

I can confirm this.
