Description: After launching the camera app if the user is in a hurry to take a photo quickly they will be able to take a photo before the app permission for location is prompted. Repro Steps: Prereq: Camera Permissions are still set to Ask before being able to take a photo. 1) Update a Aries to 20150706103023 2) Launch Camera app 3) Immediately press capture button Actual: User is able to capture photo before permissions are prompted Expected: It is expected that the user will not be able to take photo before app permissions are displayed. This issue DOES occur on the flame 2.5, 2.2, 2.1 and 2.0. Result: User is able to capture photo before permissions are prompted.
