Steps to reproduce:

Double click on template email in Templates folder.
Enter recipients email address in TO.




Actual results:

SEND button stays grayed out.
Save as Draft and close the email.
Reopen saved email SEND button no longer grayed out and can send email. 


Expected results:

SEND button should no longer be grayed out when recipients email is added and can send email address.

Update: Checked in Safe Mode. Fault does not occur.
