Description:
If the user inputs a long custom email label into a contact, that label will continue off the screen. (see bug 1140580).

If the user has a long email label like this, and then they enter in a long email address into the text field below, the screen will automatically scroll to the right as text is entered, without a way to scroll back.  Deleting the text will return the user partially back to the left, but not entirely.

The user is also prevented from accessing the 'X' icon to clear the text field.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20150706103023
2) Open the Contacts app and create a new contact
3) Change the label of the email address to 'Custom Tag' and type in a very long string.
4) Enter a very long string for the email address.
5) Delete the entire email address.

Actual:
The screen will scroll to the right as the user types in the email address, and will not return entirely to the left after all the text is deleted.

Expected:
The screen will not scroll the the right, the text will scroll to the left as it is typed.

This issue DOES occur on Flame 2.5, 2.2, 2.1, and 2.0 builds.
The screen will scroll to the right as the user types in the email address, and will not return entirely to the left after all the text is deleted.
