1180969 - Show compatibility error if an add-on uses "sessionstore-state-write"

As explained in bug 1157235, the "sessionstore-state-write" notification will be removed in Firefox 40. All instances of the string "sessionstore-state-write" need to be flagged.

This is a compatibility error, so the add-on shouldn't be upgraded in this case. It should also appear as a warning in regular validations.
