1180997 - Editable device name on Fennec

Initial WiFi debugging in bug 1180996 does not allow the user to change the device name, and just uses the device's model name.

In an office environment, it's likely that many users will have the same model device, so an editable name is needed.

Just noticed Sync on Fennec has an editable device name option.  Maybe we can centralize this and reuse for debugging too.
