Details
I just posted a posting in netscape.test (subject "opfølgning i børsen). The
posting is in danish and used iso-8859-1 charset.
the location of this posting is:
news://news.mozilla.org:119/3C35A00C.6030206@gemal.dk
but viewing that in a browser doesn't decode the chars correctly. It seems the
message is shown in us-ascii charset.

Duplicate of "*.eml, news://host/article or imap:// should open the article/mail
in a new mail window". The browser should not need to special-case these urls;
mailnews already does.
