Details

After resolving bug 975778, we can make a waiting call by sending |RIL_UNSOL_CDMA_CALL_WAITING| to the emulator, and accept the waiting call by handling |REQUEST_CDMA_FLASH| in the emulator. However, in the following two circumstances, a waiting call should be dialed again automatically and turn into an ordinary incoming call.

1. Call waiting -> Local hang up
2. Call waiting -> The other connected party hang up (Note: Not the waiting one)

To have a better test environment, we should emulate this behaviour, though this behaviour doesn't looked having much to do with the related WebAPIs.
