Reproducing on:
*Win 10 x64
*Win 7 x64
*Win 8.1 x32
*Ubuntu 14.04 64bit
*Mac OS X 10.9.5

Reproduced with Firefox 40 beta 2 (build ID: 20150706172413) and latest Nightly - e10s disabled - (build ID: 20150706030206).


STR:
1. Open Firefox.
2. Go to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/themes/.
3. Hover over one or more themes.

Expected Results:
The theme preview is displayed when the theme is hovered.

Actual Results:
Sometimes, the theme preview remains displayed even if the cursor was moved outside it.

This issue is not a regression, it reproduces back to Firefox 4 (build ID: 20110318052756).

I can reproduce this issue constantly running the following steps:
1.Go to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/themes/.
2.Hover over one or more themes.
3.Leave the theme area crossing over the bottom of the rectangle, in order to put in focus the Theme Name link.

I am attaching a video recorded on Windows 8.1 32-bit.
