Steps to reproduce 1. On a given future day, create a new event with the default values (that is say: 8:00-9:00am) 2. On the same day, create a new event Expected results As I have already created an event occuring from 8 to 9, the default values should now be to the next free slot (9-10). Actual results The default values remain 8-9.

[Tracking Requested - why for this release]: Agreed on adding to backlog and foxfooding feature request dashboard.

In addition to this. Let say I have a recurrent event from 8 to 9. Then I have something to do within this time frame at the same location with the same event but for this particular date only. I don't need to have it merged with the recurrent event as it's happen only one time. Therefore this works but need to add the functionality stated previously by @Johan Lorenzo
