The cert for *.phish-report.mozilla.com appears to have expired ~1h30m ago.
A consequence of this is that clicking the "Report Web Forgery" option leads to an error page, which doesn't seem ideal.

I also saw the error previously but now it works fine.

Thanks for this report. Bug 1161890 requests a monitoring fix that will help here in the future.
