Also I can't find the actual instructions anywhere for adding a repo.  This should be documented somewhere, in either the manual or on mana.

As of yesterday afternoon, we now have ./deploy magic to create new review repos:

$ ./deploy mozreview-create-repo
What is the relative path of the base repo on hg.mozilla.org?: automation/mozillapulse
What should the name of the repo be in MozReview?: mozillapulse

Bugzilla password:

This is done. Yes, I should update the docs on how to create review repos. I'll do that now.
