Operator Message screens do not fit the screen with SHB-enabled.


Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20150706103023
2) Trigger an Operator Message to appear (bug 1181276)



Actual:
Operator Message does not fit the screen with SHB enabled


Expected:
Operator Messages fit the screen

The smoke team were seeing this issue switching from Lollipop > Kitkat on Aries, but we're unsure how to get this message to appear on Flame KK. I tried restarting the phone using the SIM that was reproducing the original issue, as well as reflashing, but couldn't get this operator message to appear.

Saw this issue repro when flashing my aries from a Lollipop build back to Kitkat.

Attached logcat that was pulled upon seeing. Dialog appeared directly after finishing FTU tour out of flash.

Comms triage: SHB is a part of the aries. You can't easily dismiss the window.

I was able to reproduce this message on Aries and the close button is no longer covered by the SHB.
