While doing the show-hide-columns test for history, the screen did not get 
refreshed after a column was removed (hide)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. follow steps for test http://www.mozilla.org/quality/browser/front-
end/testcases/history/show-hide-columns.html

Actual Results:  When you remove a column (hide), the column is removed, but 
the screen
is not refreshed so th info is still displayed

Expected Results:  When a column is hid, the screen should be refreshed so the 
data
associated with the column is not still displayed.

I saw this issue on both OpenVMS and Linux.
