Without exception, every request listed on My Requests is '(--/normal)'. I have no idea what this is referencing, but I suspect it's some pair of fields that are used by some queues but not others. In my case, it's entirely meaningless, and lacking its own column I have no real way to quickly scan or sort my requests based on it in any case. So my initial request is to have the option to hide it entirely, but I defer to UX on a more appropriate improvement to how it is today if y'all have ideas.
I'm retracting my request, as 2.5 years filed with no triage or response implies that it has been silently refused by the project.
