1181805 - Provide one string of copy to support embedded accounts form for Firefox40 /firstrun

Write a brief line of copy to set up the embedded sign-up form on /firstrun for users that do not yet have a Firefox account. 

You can see this /firstrun page for Firefox 40 on the demo server - https://www-demo4.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/40.0/firstrun/

The line of copy that we need guidance on is shown at the top of this form. http://cl.ly/image/270V363e041k It currently says "Sign in to Firefox"

Keep in mind that the other copy on this page will not be updated for Firefox 40 and that this form is directed towards users that do not yet have a Firefox account and need to sign up (not "sign in").

Given the other copy on this page, I think we could do something as simple as "Get started" at the top of the form.

From the suggestions in the etherpad, I like this one best: "Don't have a Firefox Account? Sign up below."

Or to be really straightforward, we could say "Create your Firefox Account" — which would work in a variety of circumstances.

Moving forward with "Create a Firefox Account". (existing string sans "to continue to Firefox Sync")

This was decided in the First Run meeting today since this is just slightly different than Matej's "Create your Firefox Account" suggestion above, but results in less dev work to implement unique copy for this case of the iframe. Allowing strings to stay consistent wherever this iframe is shown is also easier to maintain.
