118192 - When using the mailer system the cut and paste function is not working

I am using Mozilla Build ID 2001112009 and when I use the
mozilla Mailer, it is giving me problems with the cut and paste. 
After selecting from the main window and right clicking on the page to copy,
when I go to a different application and try to paste the paste is ghosted out.
Which means that it never copied to the clip board. This is only a problem when
using the Mouse. 
If the option is selected fromt he tool bar on the top then it does do it correctly.

Just reporting issues I am seeing.

Reporter: Could you try a more recent build? 2001112009 is getting old.
