1182008 - inconsistencies between testcases and reference files for float-in-rtl-v{lr,rl}-4* reftests

These tests (which are currently failing due to lack of proper RTL-in-vertical support) have some inconsistencies between the testcases and reference files, such that they won't pass even when we fix the layout code.

Two issues: the reference files were given a constrained height, but this wasn't done on the testcases so they'll depend on the height of the window; and there's a wording mismatch ("red and green" vs "green and red").

Fixing this won't change test results for now, as the overall layout remains broken, but it means the tests will be in a state to pass once we fix the layout issues.
