Details

I don't have any qr code readers installed (afaik, at least not the ones specified in the email) but the qr code button appears in the toolbar.

Clicking on it switches briefly to a black screen and pops back into Fennec.

I'd expect the user flow to be, "If QR code reader is installed, show in toolbar. Else, don't."
On which device/android version did this happen?
