I noticed that the blue links in the preferences section turn orange when clicked. We should probably be doing this for the avatar border as well. Unfortunately, using the inspector, I'm unable to get the exact HEX. Not sure sure.
Got it:

--in-content-link-color-active: #ff9500;
in /toolkit/themes/shared/in-content/common.inc.css
