Use unpack feature of tooltool wherever possible
This looks good - the only thing I noticed is that "android-sdk.tar.xz" (digest 1cf54f12c27...) unpacks into android-sdk-linux. I think just changing the filename in the manifest should work, or else changing the mozconfig/mozharness that reference $topsrcdir/android-sdk-linux
