Steps to reproduce:

1) Open a new tab
2) Click magnifier


Actual results:

Text alignment is more to the right


Expected results:

Text alignment should be the center position like Change Search Settings popup in the Start page. Please refer to the attachment image.

This bug was fixed for beta, you can check out bug 1167616 to track the progress of the fix :)
Also on a note related to the search panel, the panel itself is going through a revamping based on the design in bug 1171344, so this panel will be removed anyways.
