Expected results: Is this behavior correct? If not, title should NOT be changed.

Probably because they are treated as normal pinned websites, so the domain name is displayed.

And also newtab-title of "Mozilla Developers Network" is changed when it is pinned. Is this behavior correct?
This feels like a bug in pinned-suggested/directory-tiles implementation. Content Services team should look at this issue
