Steps to reproduce:

Please refer to the attached image "sponsored-newtab-title.png"

1) Open a New Tab Page
2) Change Pin status from "Unpin" to "Pinned" in sponsored newtab-site
3) Uncheck "Include suggested sites" 


Actual results:

Pinned sponsored newtab-title is changed to domain name.


Expected results:

Is this behavior correct? If not, title should NOT be changed.

Probably because they are treated as normal pinned websites, so the domain name is displayed.

However, normal pinned websites keep title name when unchecked "Include suggested sites" !?

And also newtab-title of "Mozilla Developers Network" is changed when it is pinned. Is this behavior correct?

This feels like a bug in pinned-suggested/directory-tiles implementation.
