I have no idea if these are really correct, I basically cribbed from the Linux task definitions. Using dustin's RELENGAPI_TOKEN hack (https://pastebin.mozilla.org/8839477) I was able to submit a task and have it run correctly:

using:
./mach taskcluster-build --head-repository=https://hg.mozilla.org/users/tmielczarek_mozilla.com/mc/ --head-rev=76ef6f8c6fbf --mozharness-repository=https://hg.mozilla.org/users/tmielczarek_mozilla.com/mozharness --mozharness-rev=d2790a98cbe7 --owner=[e-mail] tasks/builds/opt_macosx64.yml

to generate the task definition.

I didn't wire these up to the task graph yet, I don't know if they're quite ready for that. Ideally I'd like to be able to at least push that change to try to test it before making that change (but that will require fixing the relengapi scopes thing first).
