Details
(Whiteboard: tpi:+)
str: 1) open a long page of text that displays right side content scroll 2) try to drag scroll the scrollbar using touch input result: you always grab content instead of the scrollbar, so content always scrolls in the wrong direction. In edge and in the old metro browser we hid scrollbars when the user interacts with touch. I think we should do the same. Currently scrollbars and touch do not work at all, but even if they do work, they don't work well together.

Maybe this is layout? Maybe this is better with the touch input stuff enabled on win32? If not, the suggestion from comment #0 sounds doable...

It's impossible to make this work with finger touch, but using the provided touch pen, it works for me.

This should be mostly fixed with bug 1341992. Can you please see if you can still reproduce?

Yes, this is fixed in Fx55. I am able to use scroll bars with touch in tablet mode.
