Overview: The Delete toolbar button is not always enabled.

1. Open the Address Book window and no entry is automatically selected (even
though the PAB and the first entry in the results pane is higlighted in grey).
This results in the Delete button not being enabled.

This bug WFM on Linux, but as it is targetted to Windows, not closing for now.
Need someone to test on Windows.

Now tested on Windows ME, marking as WFM - bringing up address book first entry
is alto selected and delete button is enabled.

Delete is enabled just fine for me with this scenario using SeaMonkey 1.1a;Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20051023 Mozilla/1.0.
