Description:
The Utility Tray will tally the number of notifications with the '# Notifications' string (where # is the number of current notifications). this will briefly read as 'statusbarNotifcations' when the user first pulls down the Utility tray.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20150710105517
2) Swipe down from the top of the screen to view the Utility Tray

Actual:
The notification counter briefly reads 'statusbarNotifications' when the utility tray is first pulled down.

Expected:
The notification counter correctly displays the number of current notifications as soon as the tray is pulled down.

This issue does NOT occur on the latest Flame 2.5 build.
The notification counter correctly displays the number of current notifications as soon as the tray is pulled down.
