Steps to reproduce:

Right click on folder in IMAP account using maildir store
Click properties
Click on Repair Folder button
Nothing happens

Tested on 38.0.1

Nothing


Expected results:

Messages should be redownloaded from IMAP server
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
