1182715 - "DevTools Wi-Fi Devices Name" label will be truncated for most locales

"DevTools Wi-Fi Devices Name" can't wrap in multiple lines so it gets truncated very easily.

It needs already at least two lines to fit, maybe three, and I already shortened "développement" into "dév.".

Most locales will need more space than English, so I expect majority of them to get truncated here.

I don't see that this string existed in 2.2 so just changing the flags to reflect that (there's no good flag so therefore putting "wontfix" to show it didn't exist), otherwise it would be a regression.

I do agree this is an issue, of course. Flagging UX to see if they can help with this? Otherwise we should consider a shorter English string (although TBH I don't see how to make that shorter).

Also NI'ing Harly for settings - could we possibly just wrap for long strings.

I have to be honest that I'm not 100% clear on what that string means, so I can't be certain that if I edit or write it that it will still have the same meaning. Hopefully we can wrap it.
