1182720 - Update Webmaker and Maker Party Tiles on Mozilla.org homepage

Maker Party ends on 7/31 on that date or 8/1 we want to make some changes to the two current Foundation tiles (Maker Party/large and Webmaker/small): 

- Remove Maker Party tile

- Create a new Webmaker promo to replace existing MP tile in larger format. 
--- Design can be simple/same as small tile with just logo and wordmark. 
--- Main copy: "Introducing the new Webmaker" 
--- Rollover copy: "Discover, create and share original content with the free Webmaker app" 
--- Rollover button: "Learn more" 
--- Point traffic to webmaker.org


- Replace smaller Webmaker tile with previously used (in late 2014/early 2015) "Teach the Web" tile. 
--- Hopefully we can dig up old creative for re-use here. 
--- This small tile should point to teach.mozilla.org

This is in progress and should be ready to go live on July 30th, if that works for you. We try to avoid production pushes on Fridays but we can set it up to go live on the 1st if you want to get that extra day.

As for an image for the new small promo, teach.mozilla.org has lots of great iconography, so I grabbed an image from there and tweaked it a bit to work better with the style of most of our home promos. I'll attach a screenshot.

Some of the icons on teach.m.o are too complex to work well at a smaller size, but this one is simple and sort of generally academic-looking. What do we think? We might want to loop in Lee or Ty for some input as well.

Thanks, Craig. Did you try the one with the teacher pointing at the board from the "pledge to teach" button on the teach.mozilla.org homepage? That one seems a bit more interesting and less generic. 

If you need a source file for that let me know and I can track it down.
