Wrong message when installing Seamonkey x64 on Vista x64
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.2; WOW64; rv:41.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/41.0 SeaMonkey/2.38a2 Build ID: 20150711120030 Steps to reproduce: Trying to install an x64 Seamonkey build on Vista x64 is not supported. Minimum requirement is Windows 7 x64 as Mozilla removed support for Vista x64 in Bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1093741 Actual results: Trying to install it resuts in an error message box that Seamonkey requires Vista x64. Expected results: Box should show Windows 7 x64 as the minimum required version.
Corrects the installer error. Copied from Mozilla defines.nsi.in
