Steps to reproduce:

Trying to install an x64 Seamonkey build on Vista x64 is not supported.  Minimum requirement is Windows 7 x64 as Mozilla removed support for Vista x64 in Bug

Actual results:

Trying to install it resuts in an error message box that Seamonkey requires Vista x64.


Expected results:

Box should show Windows 7 x64 as the minimum required version.
