User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_10_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/45.0.2453.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

1) Visit http://zyu.me:1337/ using Browser
2) Click Bookmark Star icon
3) Click Add to home screen


Actual results:

At this point I'm shown a second menu with two options, "Homescreen" and "Bookmark" and a title of "Bookmark to:".

If I click Homescreen, the menu screens simply disappear and I'm returned to the browser.

If I click the Bookmark option I'm given the real add to homescreen screen (has "Add link" in the title bar, lets me set name, etc).


Expected results:

I would expect to be taken to the "Add link" screen directly after clicking Add to home screen (step 3), instead of being taken to the intermediary "Bookmark to:" screen, a screen which has both a broken button and a functioning button.

Looks like my phone is running an old version of B2G, I'm going to assume the bug is fixed and close this.
