STP:
1. Go to - https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/app/exquisite-pasta-7/ratings
2. click on ""Report" link under any review
3. select any reason 

And you will see it has been flagged for review.

Actual Result: 
There is no undo option with which user can cancel their report.

Expected Result:
There should be a undo option beside "flagged for review" so that user can undo their report if he/she chooses the wrong review for report

I'm not sure if we want to add support for this. You need to confirm why you flagged the review so people shouldn't be flipping back and forth.
