Steps to reproduce:

Steps to reproduce:
1. Enter valid url in the address bar i.e., www.facebook.com
2. Login using valid account credentials.
3. Click on 'Options' button present on the bottom right corner of the home page.
4. Now select 'Advance Settings' option.
5. Here select 'Turn off chat for all friends except...' and then add few friends in it.
6. Save the changes made.
7. Now check if all the friends that are selected are displayed on the right hand side of the home screen.


Actual results:

Friends who are offline or with whom you haven't chatted for a long time are not displayed in this column.


Expected results:

All the Friends selected under 'Turn off chat for all friends except...' should be displayed to the user irrespective of whether the Friends are online or offline.
