Steps to Reproduce
1) Navigate to: http://de.blackberry.com/software/desktop/blackberry-blend.html
2) Scroll down to bottom of the page and select the button "Download von BlackBerry Blend für PC"

Expected Behavior:
Download page should appear.

Actual Behavior:
Secure Connection Failed

The domain is 
https://swdownloads.blackberry.com/Downloads/contactFormPreload.do
