Bug 1177436 left an orphaned mozillafoundation.org entry on the ISPDB that effectively makes it impossible for mozillafoundation.org address-holders to create their accounts because the stale entry is used rather than using MX lookups to arrive at the gmail configuration.

I have an r=mcav for this over the in-person signaling channel.
Noting that this is an inert data file unless accessed via the autoconfig process so this can't actually break any of our tests anywhere...
