Bug 1173912 fixes an issue with opaque response handling for navigations.  Unfortunately, it turns out test_app_protocol.html attempts to do a number of these opaque interceptions.  I'm disabling those parts of the test for now.  This bug can either make them same-origin intercepts, use CORS, or something else depending on what the goal of the tests was.
