We currently have two UX elements that appear when a page needs review. At the top of the content area of the page, you find one or more "This article needs a(n) X review" banners. Then in the sidebar is a box that says "The following review(s) have been requested on this page" with checkboxes to mark the page as having received each type of review.
Let's remove the top-of-content banners and moving the sidebar box to that location, with the width of the box adjusted accordingly.
See the attached mockup for an example of what I suggest we do. While this example has quicklinks causing the sidebar on the left to be used anyway, it still concentrates this information into one place -- and will ease layout work on pages that don't use the sidebar.
