In IMAP folders, the icons which normally appear next to the subject line aren't
there if the message body has been downloaded.  This doesn't appear to happen
with the modern skin.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. log into IMAP account
2. go to any folder
3. download messages (either by reading or download/sync now)
4. note missing icons (if the message is new or previously not downloaded, the
icons disappear as the body is fetched).

I've reproduced this on a pre-0.9.7 CVS-pull build (on the branch), the RPM
build of 0.9.7, and a build I made from CVS sometime on 1/4/2002.
